 Spots

Looks like nutrient deficiency due to PH swing. When ph is off plants roots cannot absorb nutrients, change reservoir more often, but we do not know enough about which system you are using.

 You have bugs

I had the same bugs and rinsed them off with water and even vacuumed them off and they kept coming back.
